ELB Realty -63 TM kalaw street Lipa City. now have Emelyn Dimayuga and Jec Quado Fraudsters, thief's, working for them ( Would you Place your hard earned monies with them ? ) I think not
As you will find from my previous posts, the 2 above who fraudulently deceived me out of 9.5 Million PHP, through property scams, are now working for the above company. and this was condoned by the owner of this company who also owns GCC Beauty and Wellness an Eva L.Betran.
She encouraged the affair between my wife and Jec Quado & also encouraged her to have cosmetic surgery for her lover to a tune of 160,000 PHP which was stolen from my bank account, data and more info to follow,this was in 2016-2017 and to date he has these fraudsters working at this company potential with the monies stolen from me.
The house i paid 6.5 Million cash for was re-mortgaged, a year after i purchased it for 1.5 Million PHP the second property despite paying the monies to the developer, she owned the property but not the land, again a deceit to steal the 3.5 Million i paid for it. On top of this, they both conspired and stole 3.5 Million from my PNB bank account and this was 100% confirmed by the bank manager, who was actually at our wedding. Emelyn Dimayuga would inform the bank manager that the so called Jec Quado was her nephew.
Having decided to purchase the first property my wife assured me by getting an affidavit, would secure and make the purchase safe on my behalf, obvious the first of many lies , in PH law this makes no difference and despite singing she would not mortgage the property , having started an affair with this individual, 2014, a matter of months later she did. The 2nd house i purchased, which was to be used as a 2nd source of income, she did the following fraud in conjunction with her lover Jec Quado, having sent the lease terms to her, this was never signed, and the house was never rented, despite what she was communicating, this was a total lie & deception. And only came to light after she left me and absconded with her lover after removing all monies for the Bank Account.
Below you will see the details of my wife paying for her lover and so called Eva Beltran to stay, in an hotel while she was having her cosmetic surgery, it also shows her taking the 160,000PHP from the bank account without my knowledge, the whole 3 people are fraudsters and new exactly, what they were doing
